अनृतं जीवितस्यार्थे वदन्न स्पृश्यतेऽनृतैः .१९०.४७
Anrutam jeevitasyaarte vadanna sprusyate anrutaih II 7.190.47
Uttering falsehood for the sake of saving a life is not considered as lying.

பொய்மையும் வாய்மை யிடத்த புரைதீர்ந்த
நன்மை பயக்கும் எனின். Thirukkural 292
Even falsehood has the nature of truth, if it confer a benefit that is free from fault.

अन्त्येषु रेमिरे धीरा ते मध्येषु रेमिरे।
अन्त्यमाप्तिं सुखामाहुर्दुःखमन्तरमन्त्ययोः १२.१७४.३४

The wise ones live in the last state and not the middle one. The last state is said to be blissful and the middle one of misery.

 अन्यथा चिन्तितो ह्यर्थः पुनर्भवति सोऽन्यथा
अनित्यमतयो लोके नराः पुरुषसत्तम .८०.६ ll
Anyatha chintito hyarthah punarbhavati so anyatha.

O foremost among men! an object, decided in one way, soon becomes different, when the conditions are changed; therefore man cannot stick to the same opinion in this world. ( Nakula to Krishna when doubts were raised whether the one year incognito was indeed completed.)
अन्यया यौवने मर्त्यो बुद्धया भवति मोहितः
मध्येऽन्यया जरायां तु सोऽन्यां रोचयते मतिम् १०..११
Anyayaa Youvane Martyo Buddhaya Bhavati Mohitah.I
Madhye anyayaa jarayaam tu so anyaam rochayate matim II10.3.11
The understanding of men is one kind in youth, different in adulthood, and in the period of decay a totally different kind of understanding prevails.
अन्यान्परिवदन्साधुर्यथा हि परितप्यते
तथा परिवदन्नन्यांस्तुष्टो भवति दुर्जनः .७४.९२
Anyanparivadan sadhuryatha hi paritapyate I
Tatha Parivadannanyaam tushto bhavati durjana: 1.74.92
Just as a wise man regrets to hear slandering of others , a wicked man takes pleasure when others are reviled.
अन्यो धनं प्रेतगतस्य भुङ्क्ते
वयांसि चाग्निश्च शरीरधातून्
द्वाभ्यामयं सह गच्छत्यमुत्र
पुण्येन पापेन वेष्ट्यमानः .४०.१६
Anyo Dhanam  Pretagatasya Bhunkte
Vyaamsi cha agnish cha sarira dhaatoonl.
Dvabhyamayam saha Gachchath amutra
Punyena papena cha Veshtyamaanah: 5.40.16

The wealth of the deceased is enjoyed by the others (who are his heirs), while the birds (if the body is left in the forest) and the fire feast on the elements of his body. Only his virtues and sins accompany him , when he travels to the other world. (Viduranīti- 8.16)

अन्यो धर्मःसमर्थानामापत्स्वन्यश्च भारत १२.१३०.१४
Anyo Dharma: Samarthanam aapatsvanyascha Bharata 12.130.14
O Bharata!  the righteous conduct when one has power is quite different from that when one is faced with calamity.  (Bhishma tells Dharmaputra)  
अन्योन्यसमुपष्टम्भादन्योन्यापाश्रयेण
ज्ञातयः सम्प्रवर्धन्ते सरसीवोत्पलान्युत .३६.३६
Anyonya samupashtambhad anyonyapasrayena cha I
Gyatayah sampravardhante sraseevotpalaanyuta II. 5.36.36
With mutual support and with mutual dependence, relatives prosper verily like the water-lilies in the lake .
