रामे राज्यं पितुरभिमतं संमतं च प्रजानां
माता वव्रे तदिह भरते सत्यवादी ददौ च I
चिन्ततित: समजनि तदा पदुकाग्रयाभिषेको
दुर्विज्ञानस्व हृदय महो दैवमत्र प्रमाणं II

Dasaratha,father
of Rama wanted the kingdom should go to Rama , the public also concurred. But
Kaikeyi wished that her son Bharatha
should rule the country,and asked for the boon; Dasaratha , having to honour
his word, agreed for the boon. But something totally unexpected happened and
coronation was done to Rama’s Padukas .
Therefore , we see that ultimately in everything it is god’s will that prevails.
The
upanisads proclaim:
भिषाष्माद्वात: पवते I भीषोदेति सूर्य : I
भिषास्मादग्निस्चेन्द्रस्च I मृत्युर्धावति पञ्चम इति II
Bhishasmad
vatha: pavate; bhishodeti surya:; bhishasmad agnischendrascha;mruthyur dhavati
panchama:
“From
fear of It the wind blows; from fear of It the sun rises; from fear of It Agni
and Indra and Death, the fifthproceed to their respective duties., ”
In
the Bhagavad gita Sri Krishna declares:
मयाध्यक्षेण प्रकृति: सूयते सचराचरम् |
हेतुनानेन कौन्तेय जगद्विपरिवर्तते || 10||
mayādhyakṣheṇa
prakṛitiḥ sūyate sa-charācharam I hetunānena
kaunteya jagad viparivartateII

9.10: Working Under My suzerainty, nature(
Prakruti ) produces the universe with all its moving and non-moving beings. O
son of Kuntî, because of this the universe continually revolves.
यद्यद्विभूतिमत्सत्वं श्रीमदूर्जितमेव वा |
तत्देवावगच्छ त्वं मम तेजोंऽशसम्भवम् || 41||
yad
yad vibhūtimat sattvaṁ śhrīmad ūrjitam eva vā
tat
tad evāvagachchha tvaṁ mama tejo ’nśha-sambhavam

10.41: Whatever you see as beautiful, glorious, or powerful, know it to spring
from but a spark of my splendor.
Tham vina na thrunamapi chalathi ( Even a blade of grass cannot move with out
his grace )
