7. Shanti -
Peace. Peace arises when we realize that all things happen by God's will.

Truth. Truth is Sri Vishnu Himself. To
abide by truth and never swerving from it is the final (8th) flower offering to
Vishnu.
Bhagavan Sri Vishnu is indeed pleased by offering the
above mentioned eight flowers.
(Vishno: preetikaram bhaveth!) By
inculcating these Sattwa Gunas in us,
we'll become dear to the lord.
Sri Krishna himself says in the Bhagavad Gita
Also in BG ch12 :
patraṁ puṣhpaṁ phalaṁ toyaṁ yo me bhaktyā prayachchhati
tadahaṁ bhaktyupahṛitam aśhnāmi prayatātmanaḥ
If one offers to Me with devotion a
leaf, a flower, a fruit, or even water, I delightfully partake of that article
offered with love by My devotee in pure consciousness.tadahaṁ bhaktyupahṛitam aśhnāmi prayatātmanaḥ
Also in BG ch12 :

Those devotees are very dear to Me who
are free from malice toward all living beings, who are friendly, and
compassionate. They are free from attachment to possessions and egotism,
equipoised in happiness and distress, and ever-forgiving. They are
ever-contented, steadily united with Me in devotion, self-controlled, firm in
conviction, and dedicated to Me in mind and intellect.
