Those that are filled to the brim with the nectar of
puya (fruit of virtuous deeds) are pleasing the world with their benevolence through mind, speech, and body (actions).  How many noble people like them are there (in the world), who always delight their heart in making a mountain out of an iota of good in others?

Whoever causes troubles to others through ‘thri karanas’ without reason; the result of that sin becomes the seed for the troubles he has to undergo in subsequent births.
