With the object of getting
their ends they laugh or weep, they trust you or they trust you not. Men from
good family and character should therefore avoid women like pots in a cemetery.

“ The lion over whose awful face
Falls fierce the towsled
mane,
The elephant upon whose
cheeks
Streams ichor’s glistening
rain,
The men of wit or courage
who
In books or battles gleam,
In presence of their females all
Turn into cowards supreme.”-

At first they act
agreeably to the wishes of a man only as long as they do not know that he is
deeply attached to them; but afterwards when they see that he is caught in to the
snares of love they drag him on like a
fish that has swallowed the bait.

Unsteady by nature like a
wave of the sea, and displaying Raagaa(love) for a short period like a line of
evening clouds, women ( courtesans) who have gained their object abandon a man
who has lost his wealth like red lac that has been squeezed.

Untruthfulness,
rashness, guile, stupidity, avarice, uncleanliness and cruelty are a women’s
seven natural flaws.

Who created these women , who are like ‘Gunja
fruit ‘ which is Beautiful and attractive to look at externally but poisonous
inside.
