udety udīyamāne ca ravāv iva saroruham || 3.147 ||
A king, when he goes into slumber, the world goes
in to slumber, and on his rising the whole world revives; like the lotus on
seeing the rising sun.

A brave warrior who is
killed in war, surrounded by the enemies, he obtains imperishable worlds,
provided he does not show cowardice.
Vishnu varman
concludes book3- Vigraha with this sloka:
विग्रहः करि-तुरङ्ग-पत्तिभिर् नो
कदापि भवतान् महीभुजाम् ।
नीति-मन्त्र-पवनैः समाहताः
संश्रयन्तु गिरि-गह्वरं द्विषः ॥ १५१ ॥

kadāpi bhavatān mahībhujām |
nīti-mantra-pavanaiḥ samāhatāḥ
saṃśrayantu
giri-gahvaraṃ dviṣaḥ || 3.151 ||
Let kings never wage war,
with elephants, horses, and infantry; but let their enemies, scattered by the
gales of policy and counsels, seek refuge for shelter to caverns of mountains.
