SUBHASHITHANI:662

Like an elephant frantic due to rut, the mind wanders everywhere. The intellect, however, controls and steadies the same with the hook of knowledge.
ayaa baddhaa przadhaavanti muktaastishthanti kutrachit
The life of people bound by the invisible chain of hope and
insatiable desire is affected in a very surprising manner. Those who
are bound by this invisible chain run amok, but those who are not bound by
it are found to be relaxing and well contented under any circumstance.
Let the
saints see God in the form of a formless, quality-less, activity-less entity or
alight. This may be possible since they have mastered the process of
meditation. Let them have their ways. But for us, let God be always seen as
that blue boy running and playing blue boy
running and playing on the sands of Yamuna (Sri Krishna).…
That is, the knowledge acquired in previous births, the
wealth of previous births, and the virtuous deeds of previous births are
indirectly received in the next birth.
