Aishwarya
Lakshmi is one of the forms of Mahalakshmi. She is the epitome of the form of
goddess Lakshmi who bestows aishwarya (opulence) in all forms, shapes and
sizes. Her luxuries and abundance are not only limited to material luxuries and
abundance but the inner bliss too. –Lakshmi tantra

O mother Lakshmi devi ! Whatever
opulence that is seen with the people of the world, and whatever ‘Soundarya (
beauty of a part ) or ‘Lavanya’ ( beauty as a whole )that is seen, whatever
good that is present anywhere, all of them are just an expression of your
boundless grace. It is no surprise therefore, that all of them get respect by
associating with the word ‘Shri’ or ‘Shrimad’.

Due to your prosperity and ownership of the
worlds, due to your influence over others including the great Lord Shankara,
your radiance that outweighs every other power in the Universe, your
unblemished fame that is lauded even by the most dispassionate people, the
existence of Sri or Lakshmi Devi with you, and because you have the knowledge
of everything while renouncing all the pleasures, You, Oh enemy of Mura, are
the perfect meaning of Bhagavan. ( Narayana Bhattadri )
