Whence, what, by whom, how
long, when, where,
And how deserved is good
or ill,
Thence, that, by him, so
long, then, there,
And so, it comes. Fate has
its will. - A.W.Ryder
( Idea is that every thing that happens now is very much based on our past actions other wise called 'fate')

After seeing that elephants, snakes and birds are kept captive, that planets torment the sun and the moon and that learned persons live in penury I believe that one’s destiny is very powerful.
Hospitality is a great virtue. Our scriptures say
ReplyDelete“ अतिथि देवों भव”, meaning “ a guest is (to be) treated as God.
A thing of beauty is a joy for ever, like the sunrise that we see. The company of a good friend and a loving wife are also joys of life. Even the taste of the betel leaf is a joy . The joy of hearing ( or reading) the stories of our epics never stales.
The hand of destiny is indisputable, even the hands of the strong and mighty are tied by fate. The role of “ माया” or illusion which numbs our senses is seen in the bird’s eye spotting meat from high above but failing to see the hunter’s net spread just below.
